Dr. Gelato

Italians never use the word “Ice-cream” in English or “Ice cream” in Turkish in their ice creams, and they definitely separate it and call it Gelato. Because it is very different from the ice cream in the products sold in supermarkets or on the counters of national companies and their dealers whose main sector is the production of sweets with milk or sherbet.
